THE SLIME UPDATE - 22-08-2026 A new boss now stalks the hospital mid-run. The Slime is blind. It hunts entirely by sound. Sprinting gives you away from 150 studs, walking from 85, crouching from 26. Stand still and you're silent. Once it hears you it comes — go quiet and it might lose your trail, but not if it was already close. While it's loose, the air rots. Your health drains the whole time, faster the nearer you are. It leaves you at 1 HP, one hit from dead. To end it, find the fire extinguisher on the floor. Two different players must grip the valve to unlock it, then anyone can carry it to the Extinguisher Station. Seating it doesn't save you. It wakes the thing up. It charges the player who placed it faster than anyone can run, and when it reaches you the hospital changes — hundreds of doors, one way out, different every run. Four waves before it surfaces, slime starts appearing on the floor. That's your warning. It returns every 10–12 waves.
